      Pros

      They had nice benefits with food, drinks, and my sales manager was very nice and helpful. The training class was very helpful

      Cons

      There is no work life balance, I was working from 8-5:15 then had to go home and source for about 3 hours. I would only get about 30% of my leads back and so I never had enough companies to call it felt like. You either had to get an appointment or 120 minutes on the phone. Very stressful work situation. I get that it is a entry level sales position but it is so stressful. If you do not mind being on the phone everyday all day this job might be a good fit.

      100% sales, you don't spend half you day on administrative tasks Great training on sales fundamentals - beating GKs, closing DMs Solid benefit package and 401k contributions Energetic, enjoyable culture Uncapped comms and opportunity to develop to management for those who are exceeding targets

      Cons

      The entry level sales role is telephone intensive. If the idea of picking up the phone to pitch CEOs and Presidents scares you, then this isn't for you.
