      There is quick growth potential and financial reward if you work hard and do well You are rewarded for the work you put in Fast paced environment and rapid growth in company Fun environment with lots of social events Work lots of different leadership and leadership styles Straightforward metrics and goals month to month

      Cons

      There is some turnover for the roles we hire for (that's sales!) There are very set KPIs and metrics to hit to do well and advance, so just know you have to thrive in that environment

      Exciting Career Growth, but Be Ready to Hustle

      The earning potential is huge, with uncapped commissions and generous bonuses for top performers. There’s a clear path for progression, so if you hit your targets, you’ll move up quickly. The environment is fast-paced and competitive, but it’s also energetic and motivating, pushing you to be your best. The training is strong, giving you the skills you need to succeed, and hard work is regularly recognized with incentives, rewards, and team events. If you’re driven and resilient, this is a place where you can thrive.

      Cons

      The environment is extremely fast-paced and high-pressure, which can be stressful if you’re not used to a sales culture. Targets are challenging, and if you don’t hit them consistently, progression can feel out of reach. The role requires resilience—rejection is constant, Work-life balance can be tough, especially during busy periods, as the expectations are high. If you’re not fully committed to the grind, it can be a tough place to succeed.
