      Worth It, All the Way

      Pros

      High commission rates, good leadership structure, entrepreneurial model, experienced staff willing to assist, Friendly environment, progression opportunities, incredible incentives, great salary.

      Cons

      Long working hours, that's about it. Longer you work, more you earn though! Work-life balance isn't amazing, but definitely not as bad as some other companies out there, and they do what they can to enforce healthy work-life balance as much as possible.

      Such an amazing and electric place to work, if you can handle a hard days work with the right rewards and great people to work with, then this is the place for you.
