Everyone was honestly great to work with from top to bottom and there was usually strong team energy. Base salary before commission was decent.

Cons

They give you a week of training and then it's pretty much sink or swim. They start you out with a limited sales territory with pretty demanding KPIs. Not much help after training and lead generating/dispersion was biased at times

Great team and collaborative working in Data Team. Lots of extra curricular activities in PHMG to get involved with. Work is always new and changing!
