Pros
PILOT allows for an amazing learning experience while working on a very cool, innovative and impactful product. The team dynamics is astounding as everyone is eager to learn, develop and push to make the company better and serve customers in an extremely impactful way. While at PILOT, I have gotten to push myself and take on new and amazing challenges that have an extreme impact on the wellbeing of our customers. Not to mention, I have learned more working at PILOT than I think I learned my entire career leading up to the experience. The culture is one of hard work and reward. A tremendous place to work with an amazing and supportive team.
Cons
It is hard to think of any cons. The pace of work is fast and the pace of learning even faster. If you aren't looking for a high pace, high energy environment this could come as a negative.
