Pros

Great environment and great benefits. Friendly people. For many positions, very much a 9-5 job.

Cons

All of the back-office-type positions are what you would expect- mostly 9-5, very little room for advancement, despite what management might tell you.

Pros

Competitive benefits, relative stability, mostly friendly and collaborative work environment. The vacation days are generous.

Cons

Money isn't all that great, extremely political work environment, sycophancy is expected and rewarded, rampant nepotism. Not many opportunities for personal growth and promotions; the bottle neck comes way too fast in a typical engineer's career. It's also becoming silently yet increasingly hostile to immigrant population.
