Pros

Good pay and work life balance. Nice benefits package and very stable company. Great training opportunity's and a decent amount of time off. Not much traffic around headquarters and lots of parking.

Cons

Overstaffed in some areas, slow change, employees tend to get siloed and dont move up. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The culture does not embrace change or getting excited about new opportunities for growth.

Pros

Interesting place to work with good benefits. Overall a great place to work with dedicated employees who have a can do spirit which is infectious.

Cons

PJM has a large amount of talented employees. Unfortunately the result is limited to no opportunity for advancement. Sr mgt isn't as engaged as much as they used to be.

The company offers a great benefits package and is very accommodating in helping you create a work/life balance that enables you to do your job yet attend to family obligations as well.

Cons

Depending on your position, opportunities for career advancement to move forward quickly on your career path are few. No matter what level you are, it will take time to move up.
