Pros

working environment is definitely encouraging as the company has nice pool of talented + smart people who are always willing to share the knowledge. Will get a plenty of experience and involvement in Power System studies and Power Market

Cons

Although the pay wasn't high as many other companies, it wasn't bad at all - as the company offers a reasonable amount of yearly bonus and remuneration package which will offset the abit lower base salary The work can be repetitive at times but employee can alot opportunities to venture / explore new things

Pros

One of the biggest companies in their field. Very friendly work environment. Competitive pay and a lot of activities to be involved in during work.

Cons

Sometimes not very challenging. There is a standard set of work that needs to be performed and that's all there is to it. The job can get monotonous too.
