Pros

sometimes you work with nice people

Cons

hard on body, planograms/strips/tags are always wrong, you get yelled at a lot by Kroger employee's because of things being wrong out of your control, you have to think on the fly and do things your own way because management will do everything they can to avoid helping you.

Pros

Somewhat flexible Schedule. Independent work environment usually. My direct Supervisor was awesome.

Cons

As a floater I would at times driver 25-40 miles to work. My weekly hours were never guaranteed, so some weeks I worked 20 hours, some weeks I only had 6.
