Pros

Pay is comparable to other companies doing this same type work. A little better in some cases. You are given a job to do and they let you go do it without hounding you as to hurry as my old employer did so often. Early flexible hours and nice people to work with for the most part. You're always gonna have a few that don't wanna work, that's at every job. Management is fair and supportive. Just do you job people, it's that simple!

Cons

No paid vacation time or paid time off. Could be better I think.
