The management will chew you up and spit you out. Don't dare make any type of complaint, even though they will subject you to harsh, unfair working conditions. I was verbally abused, Insulted, over worked and under paid. I spent personal time, worked overtime and got nothing but a pink slip for my trouble. You need to agree and take whatever comes with a smile on your face or your gone.

• Benefits are minimal and unsatisfactory. • Very limited opportunities for growth or career development. • Responsibilities increase without corresponding incentives or recognition. • Work environment is consistently stressful, with little management support. • Compensation is below industry average. • While the owner is skilled at securing government contracts for Indigenous employment, operational management and leadership are lacking. • High turnover; employees are often let go abruptly, creating a revolving-door environment.
