Pros
- Some compassionate and talented colleagues - 1 or 2 person at Leadership seems to be nice person - Indigenous community is gettin benefited by the training
Cons
- CEO doesn't have the mental stability to run the company, that's why takes whimsical decisions the majority of time, Always into micromanage mode when tries to bring out good result. - They ask people to do out of job responsibility task quite frequent - Over the time they increase the responsibility but doesn't ever bring up the topic to compensate fairly - There are people in this company whom they kept for 10 years at the same salary! - Let's say they charge client for 100$ for providing a resource, when they pay the resource 40$ to do the work. Not for a single second they think, the 100$ they are bringing in only for the resource and don't value the resource at all. This model needs to be changed - otherwise they would be always called as blood sucking company! - They come into social media and talks about Indigenous people - but in behind they are using them as cheap labor - Never ever shares the data how is company performing
