      Software Testing experience Exposure to different tech friendly coworkers

      Cons

      - management can be hit or miss but mostly only a handful know what they're doing - internal projects are a joke sometimes where the manager is figuring out their new "toys" they got with their bonus' while we're on a call - meetings that go nowhere - "indigenous" meetings that i thought were supposed to bring people together but just promotes segregation of indigenous/non-indigenous people if your name/skin color isn't "indigenous" somewhat high turnover

      - Good Benefits -Salary will stay the same for your all your stay in the company - You get salary timely - Oddly work life balance is good

      Cons

      Where to start? -Micromanagement - Toxic work culture - Profiting over saying “Hiring indigenous “people where half of the work is not given to them - As long as the company profits you live you die they wont care - Will deny vacations on there will -Escalate things over office politics, not actual work -Little to no recognition for the work -No vision for the company, the company is the same startup which it was 20 years ago and will are growing
