      Nothing at all, coworkers even have become a negative part

      Cons

      Everything about this company is criminal. Treat indigenous staff as less than others, we didn't even have sick pay for years. Pay is low, respect is non existent and they keep laying off employees. They've lost their way, if they ever had a direction that didn't involve taking advantage of the indigenous employees.

      -many clients from different industries -good team work and support from coworkers -different technologies -internal training available and reimbursement for certifications -management visits the office once a year and makes time to talk to all employees -monthly awards for doing your job well

      Cons

      The policy to be in the office or working from the clients office or working from home isn’t standard or a documented policy.
