There are no pros now current ownership is awful.

Not Awful, But Not Great Either

Pros

Benefits are Outstanding if you use them wisely. Choose what you want and what you don't want. Pay is better than most places. Year end bonus' for everyone. Your bonus is contingent on how long you have worked there. PTO time is great as well. You get 1 week after 6 mos. and another week after a full year. Then one PTO day every 90 days. Raises are Existent. Just do your job and you will get a raise. Most fellow employees are a joy to work with. Charity work within the company is also very good. Both for outside Charity, and within the company itself.

Cons

Company is NOT employee owned. Just because you own stock in the company does not mean you are an owner. As of right now they do not put any percentage towards your 401k. Attendance policy is ridiculous. It's understandable that you need to be at work, but when you have legitimate reasons to not be there, it should not count against you for attendance. A better policy is needed. Accountability is out the window. Stop protecting certain people. Just like lower echelon employees, the higher echelon should also be made accountable for their mistakes. That doesn't happen. Gossip and rumors run rampant. Backstabbing is a constant. Supervisors tend to have their favorites, and anything they do wrong, a blind eye comes into play. Rules are made to be followed by EVERYONE, not just certain people, or certain shifts.
