The pros: you get paid. you get a place to show ip and a machine to feed plastics and a breakroom where you sometimes find a coworker to actually have a conversation with in English

Cons

you will be looking for another job all the time you are working, because of bad management by underpaid uneducated noncitizens chosen to run workgroups racist threats from nasty coworkers

Used to be fun to work there. Definitely a favoritism game.

Cons

Family business becomes corporate DUMP. I guess that's what happens when the CEO doesn't disclose that you lost your biggest customer when your own company is being sold. "We wish him well in his further..." Nope.
