Pros
Easy work, most of the people you'll be working with on the day to day are great coworkers.
Cons
Terrible workflow. You'll spend most of your time split between both their facilities because sales drags their knuckles and doesn't know how to schedule work. HR is a joke. You'll be fired without a chance to defend yourself, and even if you come back with solid evidence you're ignored and swept under the rug. Happened to three people while I was there. Third shift is a playground for a particular coordinator. They use the factory as a pick up club, and they're notorious for it on all three shifts. Don't get involved with her or her goonsquad and you'll be fine. Second shift has a joke of a babysitter which shouldn't be allowed to lead a class field trip, let alone a production team. Just keep your head down and stick to your job and he should leave you alone. Absolutely no-where to go in this company, unless you're a personal friend of your supervisor you'll be at the bottom of the totem pole as long as you're here. I'm out!
