People people people - some of the best Offices - Corporate downtown is nice, Oak Brook is ok Work/Life balance - Even though it is 24/7/364 it is achievable
Cons
Executives have no clue what they are doing. They are afraid to give bad news. Couldn't make a decision on their own if their life depended on it. More worried about themselves and kingdom building then by making the company better. Certain members will lie to your face time and time again and then drop the hammer out of the clear blue, that is if they don't make you the fall guy. Take all the credit and none of the blame when things go sideways. Talk a great game but never deliver tangible results. Lots of excuses. Favoritism runs rampant. Morale is at an all time low. Everyone is fearing for their jobs.
