My time at PLS was enjoyable and there was a positive atmophere at the company.

Pros

All management and staff were courteous and helpfull. The pay and hours were fair and employees were treated fairly. It was an easy commute and the company provided parking for working downtown. The training was very good and thorough.

Cons

Due to a government law our revenue was reduced by 40% in 2011. This lead to most of the negatives. The location where i worked was abnormally hot this summer and it took a couple of weeks to fix it. There also was a bit of micromanaging and too many meetings

Company is good at branding and setting high expectations throughout entire network.

Cons

Top level jobs are assigned based on friendship and favoritism, not performance. Extremely high turnover within their corporate office team.

* Job overall is easy * Pay is OK for the area * Get to meet new people

Cons

* Worst management team i have even seen * Management doesn't listen to its CSR's about how to make improvements. * Policy's are changed almost weekly. * Mostly only get bad feedback * Personal life and business goes hand and hand there. * A lack of respect for employes on all levels * Vary hostile and catty work environment
