Pros

They have a clean working environment. Not a spot of dust allowed.

Cons

They bump you up to management position so quickly because the turn over rates are horrible. They can’t keep anyone to continue wanting to work there for long. As a CSR they will have you do management work because the SM won’t do their own work so they delegate it to the SS who then delegates it to the CSRs. The SM will also belittle you or your fellow coworkers while in the same vicinity as you.
