      These negative reviews are submitted only by the people who are not cut out for this type of work, sales is tough and it is not for every one.. Period. The opportunity in this industry is limited only by how much effort and work you put into it. If you are not a driven, focused and hard working person, you will not succeed. If you are an emotional, type B personality who complains about hard work (like most of these negative reviews) it will not work out for you. Plain and simple, if you put in the work you will be successful. This is a fantastic growing company that has been around since the 90's. If you aren't cut out for it, don't go crying on Glassdoor because you're a weak, emotional individual. Go get a salary-only job where you have no control over your income

      Cons

      Benefits could be a little better but you get all the basics, 401k, health, dental, vision etc.

      NONE that I can think of.

      Cons

      You're set up to believe you will get training to run your "own" business. Instead, you get thrown onto the sales floor in a call center environment, and get abused as a phone monkey.

      No opportunity for advancement management doesn't help very high turnover
