Pros

Very laid back environment. Good transition for those who are barely graduating school. Majority of the office is in their early 20's. This job is a decent stepping stone to add sales experience on the resume.

Cons

Unprofessional management style and A LOT of politics. The company has a turn and burn environment and is ran like a Ponzi scheme. The company clearly does not care about its employees here because they know the turnover rate is so high. At the end of your career here, the company keeps the rest of your earned commission from the last payout date, which will be at least one month of work.

Pros

No rules at all. Management is a joke and everyone in the office does whatever they want. Get to listen to music all day. If you have contacts with companies in shipping you'll be fine other than that be careful. its hard. not many pros other than wearing whatever you want to work and their being no rules.

Cons

No leadership. No training. Work 50 hours a week, no overtime and they don't tell you about that during the interview process. If you don't hit your margin goals in a month they fire you no questions asked. Seen many hard workers kicked to the door with no fault of their own. Office is loud with small desks and everyone constantly yelling. Manager set unrealistic goals which demotivates employees. No team work.

Pros

They offer a quick track to success, but you have to be willing to put up with the stresses of the industry.

Cons

Management does not want to see you succeed and favoritism is very present. I can say this because I was one of the "favorites".
