      Pros

      The job is demanding but is rewarding as well. You are talking directly with clients and your decisions directly impact the bottom line. The better you perform the larger your bonus checks are. Its a great team atmosphere!

      The industry the company services are always open so there is always work to be done. Its a demanding job and you have to put forth a great effort,.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is filled with younger growth oriented professionals. I enjoy that my success is reflected through my pay check and I am confident that my hard will continue to pay off. The thing I enjoy most about the team I am a part of is that we are in this together and share a similar vision for where we want our careers to go.

      Cons

      You have to take rejection and not let it affect your next call. This has been hard because I have never been rejected so much.

      Pros

      The work environment here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and outgoing and ready to help when needed. I am fairly new to the job and I have found it easy to adjust. The management is there to help you, and they comply with your needs. Overall, PLS has given me the tools to be successful in this industry

      Cons

      I haven't really seen any cons since working here. Its been everything i thought it was going to be.
