      Pros

      Great people and a great work atmosphere. Training was phenomenal out of the gate. At first it was like drinking out of a fire hose, but my mentor, Jon Pampalon, Really helped to bring it all together. While I was working for him, he taught me how to do everything and did nothing but encouraged me. I knew when I started the selling phase I was more than prepared. Management here wants everyone to succeed. I read a bunch of reviews when I first started and they mentioned high turnover, but no one from our office has been let go since I started.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, but if you aren't stressing, you aren't trying.

      Pros

      Great people that tough me a lot about the logistics industry. Most fun environment I have worked in.

      Cons

      Three months training is a cheap way to get a workforce. Sometimes favorites are played in the office. lots of cold calling.

      Pros

      very nice people to work with, relaxed environment, occasional tailgates, casual attire (jeans and a polo), can wear shorts on fridays

      Cons

      can be hectic when short staffed, not much room to grow, decent pay, not much job vaiation
