      Tough Job but great opportunity

      Pros

      Job is fast paced, but the work environment is great. It is a young and fun workplace, so that makes the day go by pretty fast. There's no limit to how much money you can make, which is great as a recent college grad.

      Cons

      It is a sales job, which isn't always easy and can be stressful at times. There are high expectations as far as number of calls and deals won, but it can be pretty rewarding.

      Pros

      3 month training period in a classroom setting. Experienced employees are there to answer questions.

      Cons

      Not a professional workplace. Hires people right out of college for a reason; most people quit or are fired within the first few months. There is a very high turn over rate. This company does not pay their bills on time; you will run into this complaint from associates on a daily basis and it will impede your business.

      Pros

      Small company who pays well. Good location in Cranberry Township with convenient access to shops and dining. Right off the turnpike and 79.

      Cons

      High turnover throughout the company in every department. Company tends to have no strategic planning or has ineffective strategic planning. No lack of vision from an IT approach, very reactive environment.
