Pros
The management tries to be approachable and make the atmosphere good.
Cons
However, they are fake. They are planning on hiring 100 more people, but they are weeding people out. My training class was the first and there were 8 of us, within two and a half months 3 of us were laid off and 1 was demoted.They are planning on hiring 10 more training classes, and no one's job is safe. The manager has no idea about the transportation industry, and they will make you believe you have a good job and then lay you off without hardly any notice. Plus, even if you make it they keep demoting their current account executives and giving away all of their customers to their top earners. Do not work here! And if you do, do not trust the management!
