Pros

Great people to work with

Cons

Working in finance means work under pressure all the time. If you`ve billed 150- then you may bill 180 per day as well. And then 200. It`s never enough. In Ukrainian office they dont give us days in 50% of cases. We work on both US and Ukrainian holidays Everyone is looking for better job to get out of there asap.

Pros

Business is boomin'!! PLS has growth rates that are off the charts. They have an outstanding business model in place, and are running it to perfection. The CEO, Greg Burns, is really down-to-earth, and very appreciative of everyone's efforts.

Cons

It is, at best, a mediocre place to work, and for most people, it will totally suck. It is dull, boring, mundane, repetitive, lacks vitality, and gives the appearance of a place where almost everyone is just punchin' a clock. Maybe that is what happens when your business is bred on a simple concept, and you have many, many people repeating the concept over and over....I spent one week there in formal training (a joke), and it was one of the most depressing places I have ever experienced. Departments generally do not interface well, and it seems most people are waaay too protective of their "turf". The CEO is very sincere in his appreciation of the success that has been building, though it seems that those below him don't sincerely share that appreciation, and certainly do not believe in genuinely helping people do better. I was there five months, and not once was I asked, "what can we do to help you?...what do you need to do a better job?...how do you think we could improve (anything)?"

Pros

PLS has a sound Business Model. The have developed technology and multi modal services that allow you to develop solutions for your customers. They have a great custoemr support team that will go the extra mile to help you and your customers. The company does look for it's own weaknesses and is working to make improvements and is also forward thinking to develop solutions for future customer and market demands. When I was interviewed and hired, it was made very clear that they company will provide great rewards for those that produce results and would not tolerate non performance in the long term. I started day one with no customers. I was able to bring on new customers and business to the extent that I was reconginzed in my 1st full yeat with recongniton into the Chairman's Club. This recognition went to the top perfromers in teh company. My wife and I were treated to a all expense paid weekend to South Beach, Fl. This is a results oriented company and they have provided me with what I needed to be successful. It was up to me to be motivated and work hard each day to be successful.

Cons

Company expects you to produce results and will not tolerate poor perfromance long term. If you are not interested in working in a fast paced industry and company this would not be an ideal place for you to work.
