Great work hard play hard atmosphere. Great benefits. They say there is an work/life balance

Cons

Stressful Little work/life balance if want to succeed No plan for employee retention Keep your job search going while you are working this job. If you have proven leadership and sales skills, you will succeed. But PLS fires people almost as much as they hire. And they are not truthful to the reasons why they fire you. They are looking out for their best interest, and even though they form a close relationship with you, they will fire you whenever they feel it benefits them.

Cons

Heavy turnover. Cold calling off of a list that is given to you from corporate. Must make 250 calls a day. They make it seem like you will get customers off of the list that they provide.

The people are friendly, its not hard.

Cons

Dont expect to be hired on full time, or a raise. This company is cheap and only worth the experience. IT is run poorly and all the managers are immature, and they usually have a new CFO every 6months. They Fire more than they hire. Oh overtime does not exist in their vocabulary
