Pros

Young environment, opportunity to learn a lot about logistics, but you end up teaching yourself.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. The company is growing too fast..then they fire 20 people within 4 weeks and you are understaffed so bad to the point where you cannot do your job because there is no one there to answer the dumb phone. THEN they hire 20/month for about 6 months...weed out all the current employees who have garnered 30+ new customers each, redistribute those customers to favored account executives to grow their book of business...and have the new people start all over again. Out of 33 people from the August 2011 training class there are currently 5 people in the position we were hired for, 2 in other positions. Do not pay attention to the 5-star ratings on here, I am assuming it is the work of the super intelligent HR Department PLS has. Even the successful Account Executives at PLS hate their jobs and know they work for a BS company.

Pros

The environment seems to be pretty laid back, and most of the people that I spoke with were very friendly and easy to get along with. The benefits package is pretty awesome too.

Cons

The recruiters will turn on you in an instant, and the management has no real care for their employees. They only care about making money, not about the happiness or really any aspect of their employees lives. They also don't take kindly to requests about moving up in the company and will tell you that you were hired for sales, and that is what they expect you to do. Seriously. Don't do it.

Pros

In this positition you can make as much money as the amount of work you want to put in. If you want put forth the effort and focus on building your own book of business you can control how much you make with no cap.

Cons

The job can be stressful at points but it depends on the book of business you have built for yourself. You also can have a lack of control sometimes with what happens but as long as you have good relationships with the people you work with you can control this.
