These negative reviews are submitted only by the people who are not cut out for this type of work, sales is tough and it is not for every one.. Period. The opportunity in this industry is limited only by how much effort and work you put into it. If you are not a driven, focused and hard working person, you will not succeed. If you are an emotional, type B personality who complains about hard work (like most of these negative reviews) it will not work out for you. Plain and simple, if you put in the work you will be successful. This is a fantastic growing company that has been around since the 90's. If you aren't cut out for it, don't go crying on Glassdoor because you're a weak, emotional individual. Go get a salary-only job where you have no control over your income

One of the only companies that I have worked for that truly stands behind an uncapped commission plan. Flat out, you get a percentage of what you sell and the more you sell the more you make. If you value making money and working for a company that has a great brand in the industry, this is a great place for you.
