It’s interesting job working Claims for different clients so you learn a lot.

Cons

Health insurance is awful and they hardly contribute anything. Costs about $240 for 1 person a month. Lots of office politics. Some reps get slammed with work while others talk all day. High turnover

Some of the systems are okay. There are definitely worse companies out there in terms of claims systems.

Cons

Management is incompetent. Favoritism runs rampant and if you are not part of the "in crowd" prepare to do all of the work while the favorites coast by.
