Pros

Nice people, great Collegues, epic office and parties

Cons

Inexperienced managers, way too many juniors, barely any senior talent. Expected to do a lot of overtime

Pros

Some colleagues are nice and there are good benefits.

Cons

- The benefits don't outweigh the uncomfortable environment you can end up working in here. - Low pay, boys club culture which is very much based on favoritism, and your achievements won't be recognised as your own. - Management is in chaos so promotions seem to be based on who's friends with who. - Also the diversity and gender pay gap is abysmal! Overall this place seems more focused on acquiring other small businesses instead of building a one good company at the core.
