Benefits are good, I have a pension which is nice and the 401k match is pretty decent along with HSA incentive for staying healthy.
Cons
HR and Employee Relations is for PNC not you! Despite what the CEO says. He will say if you see something say something, we take retaliation seriously, we are here to help. That is all false. They do not let you dispute performance reviews it’s pretty much whatever is there stays. They tend not to do reviews on managers in HR to see how many complaints they get or even look for favoritism by looking at Spotlights sent. If you have any type of hidden disability don’t work here. If a manager is a good talker they will sound like they are doing big things and getting things done although it will be far from the truth and it’s never questioned! Full transparency of a process is not given only what sounds good while not mentioning how many processes have failed.
