PNC raises are non-existent. Promotions are non-existent unless middle manager likes you. They have no problem promoting white employees with no degree in finance but other employees with a finance degree are never considered, regardless of high performance and metrics. Middle management is a clique. They have no clue how to do anything finance themselves nor do they even have basic qualifications such as a finance degree.
