Use of racist algorithms and classist processes. Their income tiers are a joke. They give raises in percentages so you’re not realizing your raise is only a few cents an hour. They DO NOT give any type of weekends off, and refuse to provide two days in a row off. They have five year anniversary benefits however there is fine print so you basically won’t get the benefits unless you’re upper level management. They only give you a small amount of paid time off that accrues each month and you’re not allowed to take unpaid time off or you’ll be fired.

Toxic work environment, horrible retention with employees, from my experience, they do not care about employees ' well-being, only care about your metrics
