      Great people bad culture

      They pay pretty well for Albuquerque

      Cons

      Bad culture, not enough staff to the point you can't do your job properly, not a good place to grow as an employee- might be good if you have all the experience and want to chill, and CEOs and VPs have failed the organization

      Pros

      PNM still has very decent people working there with a focus on reliability and keeping the customers up and running.

      Cons

      HR now focuses on destroying their mid-level managers. Due to their horrible management of the company, many low and mid-level managers have left the company.

      Lots of opportunity Good benefits Good Salary

      Cons

      Each department determines their policies based on the manager. If you have a good manager, they will allow teleworking, flexible hours, etc. or you can get a horrible manager who doesn't allow anything and tells you your work hours and when to go to lunch.
