People love electricity but hate Climate Change.

As a new employee I received zero training. I came in to years worth of issues waiting for me to resolve all of them as they had been neglected. I hear this same sentiment in all departments & coworkers help train eachother as they can while managers pile on more and more work. I sat in a meeting where employees voiced being overwhelmed by workloads while mangement dismissed their concerns completely. Currently there is a push for corporate goals to be developed by employees who are already overwhelmed. These "goals" aren't really goals at all but a list of more work each employee is having thrown on top of their already overwhelming mountain of tasks in front of them. I literally work in a department that is just myself. I cover every issue for the entire state & every project in this sector is assigned to me. I see this also happening to coworkers to where there will be 2 employees handling every request for that department. I strongly caution working for PNM.
