PODS reviews

I previously worked for PODS for many years. It is a place that we all used to love. After the last few years of no bonuses, no hiring, barely a pay increase for top performers....I couldn't get out fast enough. Kathy is going to make PODS go bankrupt and I think that is already past the point of no return. My heart breaks for my friends that still work for this company because with no money and being broke, they are run into the ground. Overworked and underpaid, just as i was. Also-no appreciation until you put your notice in and they try to pay you better to keep you.

the worst company I have ever worked for. The CEO ran her last company to bankruptcy she will do the same for this one. The sales department is unorganized and lacks support. No contractual help when you do land an account and no help setting up accounts. No structure no communication and no strategic vision. They are only interested in residential business. Lay offs and then hire then lay them all off again. HR is only there to get rid of people without being sued. honestly its a terrible company to be a part of.
