Service for equipment is not great. Such as when truck goes out of service you get it back the next day from service provider and it still will have the same problem you when you drop it off. Or worse its setting in the shop and not being worked on at all.

Busiest year ever and then they cut every ones pay 40%. Then the next week offer overtime to everyone to try to make them happy so they will stay instead instead like the other 4 or 5 people that have been there 6-7 years. Schedule you overtime then have you come in only to tell you they don't need you and send you home, some people driving over an hour to get there. I and every other sales person I know are looking for a new job. A bunch idiots working there and commission, bonus structure sucks. What bonus structure? Will never come close to being one of Tampa Bay or even Pinellas county , "Best companies to work for." Everyone person there is miserable and hates their job. Save yourself the hassle and stress you'll probably get treated better at Wal-Mart. I can't wait to leave, interviews next week.
