Promises promotions but due to turnover of both hourly and salary those rarely pan out. Behavioral issues rarely get addressed, or it at least depends on who you are. I watch people screw around all day, while a few work their hardest, with no reprecussion to anyone. No one is actually held accountable for their production goals. We get our scorecards that make zero sense, with little direction of what we need to do to progress. Punctuality and schedules are nicities not requirements.
They preach turn around time and less overtime but keep departments understaffed, filling them with temps who we train, only to retrain a new one next week, detracting from production.
They preach lean, but have gone far left from that goal and get defensive when asked," is this the lean way?".
Health insurance is ridiculous expensive.
The levels program is a joke unless youre in DA. You have to basically hope someone quits or transfers if you're salary. But theyll make up a random title just for you if youre management!
Management is disconnected from their teams never actually doing the job to see what it really takes to complete the task. No work/life balance.
