You’ll work there for years without any acknowledgment or raise. Expect to be given more work without any additional compensation. When leadership says they’ll reward your team, be cautious—it's usually code for impending layoffs. This company doesn’t care about ensuring its employees are financially comfortable. They’ll make promises, but in the end, they’re liars.

Overworked, underpaid, No competent leaders

The hours of work are fair.

Cons

Leadership is incompetent. They don't properly plan then freak out when things go wrong. When someone leaves or gets fired then that job gets split among people and they never hire a replacement. We are all doing 2-3 people's jobs.
