Positive company culture and leadership. Dynamic internal teamwork and camaraderie. Strong leadership, and committed to standards in safety, environment and customer experience. Includes a spirit for protecting the environment for the future, and living in the moment to create memories. Nurturing and attentive to youth and employees alike, to cultivate relationships, connections, and fun, soulful experiences in nature.

It's the "service industry" and you get paid only when working to actually provide the service, so making ends meet can become a problem.
