      Season Pass, discounts on food and gear

      Cons

      Worked for one of their resorts for 10 years. My pay at the end was $14.50/hr. Does not pay nearly enough for the stress and work load. They make millions but do not pass that on to employees.

      Pros

      I worked full time in the corporate office and there were some great perks - ski passes and lift tickets, swag, office snacks, nice office, etc. Salaries seem fair given location and job expectations. People for the most part are fun, friendly, outdoorsy. Some amazing opportunities to travel around the country and work with high profile brands and ski resorts.

      Cons

      A lot of negativity floating around the office. A strong need for improved office culture and transparency.

      Pros

      Interesting work, if you know what you are doing they will give you more and more. Office lunches and personal trainers are a nice perk

      Cons

      They provide no training. They will pile on more and more work when you show you are capable, but they will not pay you for that OR give you any type of recognition. There is no real development from superiors. They believe everyone is completely replaceable and they do not care about their employees. They fire people left and right. Have no stability.
