      Unique environment and lots of adventures

      Pros

      Company is still small enough to know everyone, owner is a cool guy. You'll get benefits at their owned properties which are really great.

      Cons

      Formerly great health insurance plan has changed. Pay was not very competitive. Since they lost Park City is hasn't been quite the same.

      Pros

      POWDR has a fun and exciting environment, being an outdoor activities company, part of that fun culture was brought into the office. The catered lunches and snacks was a great perk. Lots of great people to work with and a fast growing company. Lots of opportunity for growth and travel.

      Cons

      Pay did not seem to be distributed evenly across the company. There were some growing pains that sometimes made it hard to keep moral up.

      Pros

      You get to work on cool stuff because the properties are cool - ski resorts and action sport camps.

      Cons

      Don't fool yourself, you're still stuck at a desk. If you're competent, the work will get piled on fast.
