      Unique environment and lots of adventures

      Pros

      Company is still small enough to know everyone, owner is a cool guy. You'll get benefits at their owned properties which are really great.

      Cons

      Formerly great health insurance plan has changed. Pay was not very competitive. Since they lost Park City is hasn't been quite the same.

      I work with great people and really believe in what we are offering: skiing, outdoor adventures.

      Cons

      There are new properties being onboarded, which is great, but it will happen on short notice.
