PPD reviews

Pay is not comparable to the work, companies that own PPD are gradually outsourcing departments to make the biggest profit before they sell it in a few years. There is no work/life balance and stress levels have hospitalized employees. Departments have poor communication within and outside of each other. Poor streamlining of processes and inefficient resources to complete deadlines.

Job security is practically non-existent and morale is terrible. Management has been off-shoring jobs to India and the Philippines for almost a year. The analogy of "rats off a sinking ship" comes to mind, nearly every employee in my department is desperately looking for another job before another round of layoffs is announced. Very scary times at this company!
