Limited growth opportunity and diversity in roles- predominately lower education managements. Some great managers and most not so freat

Cons

Work/Life balance is significantly on the work side, extreme physical activity in the busier stores, very little room for error in this career field, store gets assessed every three months

Worked under a good manager and sales rep. Regular hours and semi-competitive pay.

Cons

PPG bought out the company I worked for so the process was a little frustrating but in the end I think it was a good move.
