Cons

Company refuses to pay clerks and assistants a living wage so managers are stuck handling the work of 4 people. Staffing shortage is affecting existing employees. Company doesn't seem to care about stock shortages and prioritizes big box stores. Betonel is probably on its way out...

-Ability to make a bunch of bonus money -In charge of scheduling -If in high volume store, you'll rarely have to tint paint

Cons

-Always understaffed -Everything falls on store managers shoulders (even things you cannot control) -District management can be terrible and usually plays favorites -When new management positions open up, district management usually has someone already picked out to fill the position, so there's no fair chance for other candidates
