      Strong focus on EHS, dynamic intermational environment, open to initiatives, financially healthy, good benefits, hybrid working possible

      Cons

      Sometimes too rigorous cost stop, no nice employee events, very cost focused resulting in more work to be done by less people impacting innovation capabiliites

      Pros

      Very technical company. Their processes are very complex and require talented people to run them. Good benefits, 401k with matching contribution, retirement fund, health insurance.

      Cons

      Long hours are expected, nights and weekends. Pay is on the low side. Little appreciation for the engineering staff. Their vision for the business seems to be very short sited.
