I have no pros this is the worst company ever.

Cons

Management was deceitful and very self absorbed. They retaliated all the time they never held themselves accountable for their own mistakes. They hire anyone they like. ZERO STARS 0% TELL THEM NO IF THEY TRY TO HIRE YOU

Pros

From entry level to senior positions, PPG does pay their employees well. They offer decent benefits and a generous holiday schedule.

Cons

Turnover seems to be quite a bit higher towards the top. Ever changing management left employees culture always feeling a bit unsure/unstable. It was hard to keep up with who you reported to from Q1 to Q4. You never really heard leadership recognize the United States team very often. All praise seemed to be directed to all other Ppg global affiliates. Never made sense. Heavy focused on DEI meetings that just wasted time. Otherwise pleasant company to work for.
